Obama on NSA

Long awaited speech on reform of NSA was presented by Barack Obama on 17th January. Transcript is available here. Although changes largely requested by privacy advocates will not occur (mainly the prohibition of collecting the bulk metadata), some changes were presented (such as metadata are to be collected by private subject and accessed by NSA upon request - whether this option shall prove more respectful to privacy we shall see).
