Belgium requires ISPs to store info for a year
Royal decree enacted in Belgium requires ISPs to store vast amount of metadata for a year and ensure its availability for the purpose of law enforcement. For those not speaking French the summary of this disturbing piece of law can be found on Tech Dirt.
