Big Data and Due Process
Forthcoming article Big Data and Due Process: Toward a Framework to Redress Predictive Privacy Harms has been published on SSRN. It aims to suggest framework for "big data" analysis that arises throughout the private sector all over the world for various purposes. Although the whole work focuses primarily on Anglo-American legal culture, it provides some interesting insights regarding the Europe as well.
