Youth Initiative For Human Rights v. Serbia & OPENSUR-2013


Not yet final but very interesting Chamber judgment has been unanimously issued by the European Court of Human Rights. The case concerned access to information obtained via electronic surveillance by the Serbian Intelligence agency.
