French CNIL & Google's privacy policy
The Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés investigated Google's privacy policy and then asked Google to implement findings into its privacy policy in order to make it compliant with the EU standards. The recommendations were supposed to be met within four months, but barely anything changed so far and CNIL issued formal notice to Google.
The notice and further information is available here.
